Easter Cowcakes

Easter is right around the corner and I just finished my perfect cowcake for the holiday. It took few test runs but I now know some very important things. Who knew that if you put a Peeps Bunny so that it is sticking out of the cowcake before you bake it, it will melt in the oven???!!! I made a double fudge chocolate cake and rich fudge ganache frosting with fresh cowconut, colorful sprinkles and one goregous Peep atop this glorious cowcake. I ate three to make sure that I loved them... Don't Judge! I'm going to email my usual cowstumers and see if I can drum up some last minute Easter sales! MOOORAY!!!
