Today I felt the need to try something new. Everyone loves ice cream cake. I love ice cream cake ... and I love to make ice cream! I whipped up another batch of Red Velvet Gelato and baked a yummy yellow cake. after i made the layers, i froze my cake. i couldn't wait to serve it for dessert!!!
