I'm preparing for a dinner party this weekend with my lovely cowpal Theresa. I want to make sure that I make her something super yummy and scrumdelish. My only problem is that T gave us ice cream for Lent. So that means I can't show off my gelato skills with my pretty spoons. Then it hit me ... for the love of Moo? How did I not think of it sooner??!! I could make a yummy pudding or creme brulee. Here is a picture of my first snackage creation -- Vanilla Bean Pudding with a Chocolate Eclair Treat. While it looks beautiful and tasted SCRUMDELISH, I worry that there won't be enough contrast with my pretty dishes. Back to the drawing board!!!
