In honor of Cinco de Mayo, I made yummy Guac for our Friday Night Fun at the bar! I won't lie -- my guac is YUMMMO. I also think that homemade chips are key. I'm not judging but I think it is a really nice, easy touch. I put on my sombrero for a touch of festive fair and used my keeper's special plate.
