Our favorite yummy to share as a family is caprese salad with fresh tomatoes and mozzerella. I picked basel from our garden and dizzled olive oil and balsamic reduction onto the plate. under each tomato stacker is a slice of prosciutto. It's my favorite meat these days; please don't tell Polly Pig. Polly if you are reading this -- I'm sorry but don't judge me; I heard you had a burger at Bobby Flay's place at the Smithtown Mall. I think colorful presentation is essential. Try the yellow and purple peppers; they are full of sweetness and taste yummo!
