While my basil yield has been amazing, my peppers and tomatoes haven't given me the yield we anticipated. Luckily I can swap for tomatoes from Polly Pig but no one I know has grown peppers. Today I am picking my lone two banana peppers. I have never seen one turn red before. And there is one lone sweet red pepper to pick. I'm going to roast them in garlic in oil for my Nan. She loves when I make her bruschetta!
