Who knew that even veges could get a sun burn??? I picked my veges and left the eggplant on our glass table outside; I didn't think anything of it. When I cam back I could hardly believe my eyes -- For the Love of Moo: the eggplants withered on one side!!! Lesson to all -- anyone can get roasted when out in the sun!
