My favorite thing about travel is eating the yummy snackage that each state is known for. There are some really moovelous yummies in the South that we just don't have in the East. My favorite is the Moon Pie; while I had never had a Mint flavored one, I felt cowpelled to try one and it didn't disappoint. The mint flavor is infused into the smooshy cream filling and the biscuits are so crunchy ... definitely leaves you with a happy and tingly snout! A trip to Tennessee wouldn't be cowplete without a box of Peanut Butter Moon Pies for the road!
