Dumplings for Dinner!

Tonight I had yummy snackage in Flushing. Xiao Long Bao is one of my favorite snacks of all time. They are Shanghai-style dumplings that are filled with a soup and stuffing. Each dumpling is a little sack of love -- delicate skin and warming soup that is slightly sweet and extremely DELISH! Normally this is a Hong Kong treat but I am so glad that I found a fix in NYC!
