i love to make yummy snackage with the veges in my garden. it takes a lot of work to grow the veges; but it's worth the wait! today we picked my eggplants. we had a great yield and couldn't wait to show off my knife skills! the special touches make all of the difference -- i made my own bread crumbs using potato bread. i dipped the slices in a egg mixture and breaded them with my special crumbage. i won't lie -- they were super delish! my keepers were very impressed and i was proud of my cowtribution to our family. i felt very proud. i froze some so we could enjoy them again!
