despite the rainy june, my garden is starting to surprise me with a bounty of snackage. we planted a watermelon tree this year. i am not sure when it will be ready to pick. every day i take out my ladder and climb up the metal fences to talk to my melon. it think it is mootivational. :) i hope it will be super sweet.
