The best part of a BBQ is dessert. We usually have a lot of yummy snackage on hand as leftovers from my business, "Snackage by Moo". I love to try new things so I can get more cowcepts for my business. I had never tasted one before, but I felt that I should enjoy this jumbo cookie cake. It was bigger than me!!! I had a feeling that I could create a very cute little series ... but the more I nibbled, all I could think about was making ice cream sandwiches with my homemade gelato... I won't lie -- I should be the next Food Network Star. My snackage is onpoint!!!
