Saturday

mother's day snackage

Holy Spots! I made cake pops and cake balls for Mother's Day. They take much longer to make than a traditional cowcake but I had five orders to fulfill for the holiday. I finished my deliveries by 3pm but then I had to make treatola for my family dinner and my date with my Mooma. I made chocolate fudge cakes with pink and white chocolate dip. I wont lie - they are scrumdelish!

Easter Snackage

Tomorrow is Easter Sunday. We are going to my Uncle Rob's house. I'm super excited -- I get to wear a pretty dress, an Easter bonnet AND eat yummy snackage. Uncy Rob is a five-star chef. My spots were glowing when he asked me to make snackage -- both appetizers and desserts. It has been two weeks since my cowsins tried my Dark Chocolate Stuffed Cowcakes and I knew that I had made quite a few improvements since their first tasting. In honor of Easter I used different colored swirls to make the tray look moolicious. Knock wood -- I think they will be a hit!

Monday

Snackage by Moo -- Party Trays

My party trays have been a big hit with  my Snackage cowstumers. I sold 4 different trays today with a Ghosts & Goblins theme. I love making holiday snacks. And people love to do snackin' for holidays. All in all, it works out well! :)

Wednesday

Snackage by Moo: Pineapple Right Side Up Cakes!

Tonight we are having dinner at my Aunt Janine's house. I'm so excited. She is a moovelous cook and I know we will be treated to some yummy snackage. I am looking forward to her Broccoli Cream Soup; it is so warm and tasty in my snout. I won't lie -- I packed a take-away container so I can have some for lunch tomoorrow! It isn't a party without dessert, so I decided to test out a new cowcake recipe -- Pineapple Cowlada Right Side Up Cakes. I bruleed the pineapple for garnish and made a yogurt frosting. I hope that she likes them!

Sunday

Birthday Bites!

Today is my cowsin's birthday. I made her a special box of Red Velvet Bites. They are one of my specialties and one of her favorites! There is nothing better than making snackage for people who truly appreciate a yummy bite. I made an extra dish of Cinnamon Delites and Vanilla Bean Yum for my keeper Handsome Harry. He will never admit it, but I know he loves it when I bake cowcakes!!!

Saturday

Snackage by Moo: Cherry Vanilla Explosion

Darnets & Darnette are coming to visit today and I could never serve them vanilla/vanilla cowcakes. I wanted to make something pretty and festive for our lunch date. I decided to make a Cherry Vanilla Explosion! It was a big task -- I mixed vanilla and cherry vanilla batter, stuffed each cowcake with a cherry cream, and then topped each cowcake with cherry frosting, a maraschino cherry and sprinkles. I won't lie -- it was scrumdelish and I was totally impressed with my own skills. But I was even happier when my guests ate them all

Wednesday

Happy New Year

Tonight marks the Jewish New Year. I'm very excited to spend the holiday with my cowsins but you know me -- my number 1 interest is the snackage. Rosh Hashanah is about sweet treats -- I can support that with all of my spots. Who doesn't love a sweet bite? We had apples with honey, my cowcakes, a fruit platter with a marshmellow dip and the sweetest bread on earth. I love to eat Challah bread; even better is take the left overs to make yummy french toast the next morning!!!

Monday

Snackage by Moo: Cowcakes!

What a day! I had 8 cowcake orders to fulfill and deliver before 11 am. I rode my bike to deliver the local orders and my Keeper drove me to the people who were far away. I made 76 cowcakes and ate three. I won't lie -- they were scrumdelish! My top order lately has been for my Peace o'Cake Bites. This batch is red velvet. Yummy!!! Now I have to bake two more orders for tomorrow! Mooray!!!
Today I'm going to see my cowpals in New Jersey. I decided to bring some cowcakes from my Snackage business because you should never go any place with empty hooves; everyone loves a sweet treat; it would help promote my cowcake business! Did I mention that everyone loves a sweet treat??? I just invested in the plastic trays for packaging and I think it makes a huge difference for deliveries. Each cowcake has a home. I hope that everyone likes what I baked!!!

Saturday

Cowcake Fever

I can't help it; it happens a few times a year ... I can't stop eating cowcakes. It started with my rainy days blues on Monday and Tuesday. One cowcake here ... another cake there ... before I knew it, I had eaten an entire tray. Usually my Keeper eats my inventory, but this week, it was all me. This is a marshmellow frosted double chocolate injected with a hazelnut cream. I won't lie -- it is scrumdelish ... I hope that this is another one.

July 4th Cowcakes!

MOOORAY!!! It is 12:15 p.m. and I delivered my last Snackage order for the holiday weekend. My last project was to cowplete the cowcake tree for our family bbq. I made cocoa and vanilla cowcakes with yummy flavored frosting in spirit of the 4th of July holiday -- cherry, vanilla and blue raspberry. I won't lie ... I liked my hooves more than once. Yummo! I hope everyone enjoys them as much as I did!!!

Friday

Snackage by Moo -- 4th of July Cowcakes

Holidays are a tremendous part of the food industry. If I'm going to a superstar snackage cow, I need to keep my assortments fresh and creative. My cowcakes are known for offering different flavors than most. For 4th of July, I made vanilla and chocolate cowcakes with cherry and blue raspberry frostings and dyed them to make the pretty colors. The white frosting was vanilla and also scrumdelish. I packed out more orders than I could have ever imagined; networking is the way to go to build your business!

Monday

Happy Flag Day!

Today is Flag Day! To celebrate, my cowpany Snackage by Moo made Red/White/Blue cowcakes! I sold seven customers 2  6-packs each. I think I'm going to just start offering a 12-pack of cowcakes. Less packaging .. better profit!

Happy Flag Day to All!!!

Sunday

Moomorial Day BBQ

The best part of a BBQ is dessert. We usually have a lot of yummy snackage on hand as leftovers from my business, "Snackage by Moo". I love to try new things so I can get more cowcepts for my business. I had never tasted one before, but I felt that I should enjoy this jumbo cookie cake. It was bigger than me!!! I had a feeling that I could create a very cute little series ... but the more I nibbled, all I could think about was making ice cream sandwiches with my homemade gelato... I won't lie -- I should be the next Food Network Star. My snackage is onpoint!!!
Happy MOOmorial Day Weekend!!!

Saturday

Patriotic Cowcake

Once upon a time, this plate had a jumbo cowcake on it that was covered with a cowcake glaze ... now all that remains is a small wedge. The good news -- my Red, White & Blue Cowcake was a hit. The bad news -- umm ... I don't actually have any ... which is, I suppose, even MORE GOOD NEWS!!!

The cowfudge center made it so creamy and delish. I added a touch of vanilla to step up the flavor and think that tiny little tye-dyed cowcakes to match would be a super hit for July 4th weekend! This would probably be a great recipe to share in my Moomorial Day Newsletter!

Snackage by Moo: Apricot Cowcakes

My mooma is going to come and spend Mother's Day at our Farm. I wanted to make something super yummy that my Mooma would enjoy and my Keepers and Nannys would like. I worked on several recipes and settled on a recipe inspired by a cheesecake that my keeper makes. I made trays of yummy cowcakes that had an apricot cowfudge inside and then were frosted with a apricot glaze. They were so yummy that I might have to offer on my Snackage Menu!

Friday

The Final Logo for My Mooolicious Snackage!

I made more than 12 versions of the logo, downloaded a ton of different cupcake art ... and finalized with the very first piece of art that I downloaded this morning! Isn't that always the way??!! I won't lie -- I love my new logo. I think it is fun, bright and cowpletely adorable. Is that cowceited? Well, if it is, I can't help it -- I'm very proud of my hardwork!!! Moooray!!!

Design Cow!

It was pouring when I woke up. I watched a little TV in bed. I love having my own TV. Today I watched the news and cartoons. Then I got up and went straight to my Keeper's art station. I felt very inspired to design and took a stab a new Snackage logo. My Snackage cowpany will be 1 year old in June and new personalized LOGO. Something that speaks to how I feel about Snackage and what it feels for me ... no doubt about it -- this was going to take a lot of work!

Peeptastic Progress

There were so many steps involved but it was well worth the effort. Frost the cake ... cowconut the cake ... sprinkle the cake ... put it on the tray ... frost the peep ... attach ...

Over and over. There were trays and trays of cowcakes. There were definitely going to be lots of extra peeps. Mooray -- I love them!

Thursday

Cowcake Central

At first I thought it was an April Fool's Day Joke. I woke up to a dozen orders for my new Peeptastic Cowcake. I could hardly believe it; I asked my Keeper Kimba to call to verify. It turned out that all of the orders were real ... and I had to make 72 cowcakes for delivery on Friday morning. It was going to be a long day but I knew that it would be worth it to make yummy snackage that inspires holiday happiness.
