My mooma is going to come and spend Mother's Day at our Farm. I wanted to make something super yummy that my Mooma would enjoy and my Keepers and Nannys would like. I worked on several recipes and settled on a recipe inspired by a cheesecake that my keeper makes. I made trays of yummy cowcakes that had an apricot cowfudge inside and then were frosted with a apricot glaze. They were so yummy that I might have to offer on my Snackage Menu!
