Darnets & Darnette are coming to visit today and I could never serve them vanilla/vanilla cowcakes. I wanted to make something pretty and festive for our lunch date. I decided to make a Cherry Vanilla Explosion! It was a big task -- I mixed vanilla and cherry vanilla batter, stuffed each cowcake with a cherry cream, and then topped each cowcake with cherry frosting, a maraschino cherry and sprinkles. I won't lie -- it was scrumdelish and I was totally impressed with my own skills. But I was even happier when my guests ate them all
