Once upon a time, this plate had a jumbo cowcake on it that was covered with a cowcake glaze ... now all that remains is a small wedge. The good news -- my Red, White & Blue Cowcake was a hit. The bad news -- umm ... I don't actually have any ... which is, I suppose, even MORE GOOD NEWS!!!
The cowfudge center made it so creamy and delish. I added a touch of vanilla to step up the flavor and think that tiny little tye-dyed cowcakes to match would be a super hit for July 4th weekend! This would probably be a great recipe to share in my Moomorial Day Newsletter!
