What a day! I had 8 cowcake orders to fulfill and deliver before 11 am. I rode my bike to deliver the local orders and my Keeper drove me to the people who were far away. I made 76 cowcakes and ate three. I won't lie -- they were scrumdelish! My top order lately has been for my Peace o'Cake Bites. This batch is red velvet. Yummy!!! Now I have to bake two more orders for tomorrow! Mooray!!!
