Holidays are a tremendous part of the food industry. If I'm going to a superstar snackage cow, I need to keep my assortments fresh and creative. My cowcakes are known for offering different flavors than most. For 4th of July, I made vanilla and chocolate cowcakes with cherry and blue raspberry frostings and dyed them to make the pretty colors. The white frosting was vanilla and also scrumdelish.
