Snackage by Moo: Garlic, Basel and Fresh Pasta

tonight we made a yummy dinner featuring roasted garlic. we roasted the cloves in the oven. and then we sqeezed them into olive oil with fresh pepper, salt and parsely. we took large basel leaves and fried them into "chips" for garnish. we tossed the pasta with the garlic oil and then placed the chips for garnish. it was a total make again. yummy!
