I love St. Patrick's Day! It is the only day that you can eat green food and not be sick to your stomach cowpartments! I love to make pretty desserts. I don't like the main course for obvious reasons, but I love to munch on the yummy potatoes and get all of the sweet snackage. my cowsin dee usually makes a green buttercream frosting cake. last year she let me lick the bowl with my hooves... SCRUMDELISH. I made a yummy green and chocolate moouse parfait and jello/pudding cups. I won't lie -- I tasted a moouse cup immediately. While it was delish, I think they need some Cool Whip on top!
