I went for a ride on the Star Ferry from the Kowloon Side to the Hong Kong Island side of Hong Kong. It was a beautiful day and I really like riding a boat. The Star Ferry is legendary; in all of the old mooovies, the bad guy escapes on the Start Ferry. The ride is over very quickly and is a cheap ride. I think it is nicer to be outside than underground on the MTR.
