Snackage by Moo -- Mini tomootos!

It saddens me to say that garden hasn't yielded many tomatoes this year. Two years ago we had a bounty. So far I have had 20 little lemon boy grape tomatoes. Tonight I sauteed them in balsamic and put them over fresh greens from my garden and moozeralla. I also roasted garlic for my fresh dressing. DELISH!

Friday night dinners are very special. We all get together and talk about the week. Each one of us makes a course. I make the appetizer because I am a tiny cow, Handsome Harry or Keeper makes either the main course or the dessert. It is something I look forward to every week. Today I went to Fairway on Manetto Hill for the first time and they were making the mozzeralla fresh. Scrumdelish!!!!
